Seeing Is Believing
Investing in a new kitchen is exciting but it does involve many decisions, some are small, but others are significant, especially when it comes to choosing appliances.
With so many different models and makes, it can seem like there is too much choice, and technology moves so fast, it is likely that they are very different from the ones that were purchased previously.
We like to support our customers as much as we can and guide them through the process. Our team are all well trained and knowledgeable about what is available. We also offer a range of appliances from different manufacturers, ensuring a good range of features and budgets are available.
We work closely with our suppliers and undertake regular training so that we know how to get the best out of each appliance and can pass that knowledge on. We can demystify the jargon and make sense of all the model numbers and variations that can become difficult to navigate.
Our displays in the showroom are designed to reflect real life kitchen situations, with many having working appliances. This enables us to host cookery workshops for customers who want to see for themselves just how an appliance would perform.
These events will be led by a home economist with the knowledge to demonstrate the versatility and innovation of the products. Feedback from these events is always positive with guests being surprised by how much appliances offer and how easy they can be to operate. Another important aspect is that with customers wanting to make the most of their given budget, they don’t always realise how valuable a particular appliance could be to them, until they have seen it in action.
The events are informal and a lot of fun, and you also get to taste some delicious dishes.
Once customers have purchased their appliances, we also offer the opportunity for hands on training with the supplier. These sessions are usually held at the manufacturers premises and help new owners get to know their new appliances in detail, ensuring they can get the very best from them at home.
Our first event for 2025 will be on Saturday 10 May– more details coming soon.
Spaces will be limited so please email us at [email protected] to book your space.
