Open For Business With Your Safety In Mind
We are delighted that we are now open for business on an appointment only basis and are looking forward to welcoming customers into the showroom once again. We have developed a new policy to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff.
Some of the most important elements are as follows:
When visiting the showroom, you will have an agreed appointment time, please wait at the entrance for a member of staff to meet you and bring you into the showroom.
We have installed a hand sanitising section near the entrance for your use. Facemasks and gloves are available upon request, and if you wish the designer to also wear these during your appointment, please let us know. There will be hand sanitiser dotted about the showroom for you to use. Toilet facilities are available, and we ask that each client sanitises after use.
You will be accompanied around the studio with the designer opening the units to show key features and to demonstrate the appliances. We have a designated meeting area with a large TV screen to showcase your design and chairs 2 metres apart, to discuss your designs.
We want to make sure that your visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible, so please take a look at the policy and call us if you have any questions or queries.
We can still work remotely on designs and undertake meetings via telephone and email if you do not want to visit the showroom
Our policies and procedures are being constantly updated as the situation continues to develop. In the meantime, you can rest assured you will receive the usual high level of service and orders are being progressed.
In accordance with government guidelines we would ask that you consider your own situation before visiting us in person. If you’re feeling under the weather, are showing any signs of a cold or cough, for the safety of everyone, we ask you to please not visit us until you’re feeling better and/or are out of your self-isolation period.
