A kitchen that was designed for an exhibition display was given a new lease of life for one of our customers, proving how adaptable an ex-display kitchen can be. Dolly was undergoing a major renovation of her home when she contacted Qudaus Living about her new kitchen.
Dolly says, “I was keen to use local tradespeople wherever possible. The kitchen that Belinda had designed for the exhibition had the right mix of furniture for the L shaped kitchen I had in mind and it developed from there.
“At first, I was not sure about having blue in the room but when I saw the furniture, I loved it and the contrast it gives with the colours of oak, golden brown and silver.
“I was able to select everything I wanted in the kitchen, the worktops, splashbacks and appliances. I had a few items on my wish list, the very clever bottle cooler that is inset into the worktop, the hot water tap, and ovens with meat probe – all items that make my life so much easier in the kitchen.
“It’s a great social space for all the family to enjoy, the hub of our home, and even though it is well used, it is easy to keep it looking clutter free and clean.
“Belinda was also able to recommend other suppliers to complete the room. The stunning pendant light above the island came from a lighting showroom that we visited following her recommendation.
“The kitchen is everything I wished for. I would not hesitate to recommend Qudaus Living, or for people to consider the re-use of an exhibition kitchen for their home.”
